Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 November 2026

This policy explains what Atomic Boolean collects when you visit this site or use the service, why, and what you can do about it. Plain language, no boilerplate padding.

Who we are

Atomic Boolean is a webhook delivery service operated as a privately held software company. For any privacy question, contact privacy@atomicboolean.me.

What we collect

Why we process it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your event payloads to train models or for advertising.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no tracking cookies. The application sets one strictly necessary session cookie after you sign in; it expires when you sign out or after 30 days of inactivity.

Retention

Event payloads and delivery logs are retained for the window included in your plan (7, 30, or 90 days) and then deleted. Account records are kept while your account is open and for 12 months after closure, to satisfy tax and dispute obligations.

Sub-processors

We use a small number of infrastructure providers for hosting, database, email delivery, and payments. A current list is available on request at privacy@atomicboolean.me.

Where data is stored

Projects are created in either the EU (Frankfurt) or the US (Virginia). Event data stays in the region you select. Account and billing records may be processed outside that region by the providers named above.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@atomicboolean.me and we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or newer and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to the founding team and requires multi-factor authentication.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we email account holders before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page.
